1. The marketplace

Iron Yard Equipment provides an online marketplace where independent equipment owners can publish listings and contractors or other renters can search for equipment. The marketplace helps people find information; it does not itself rent out the equipment.

2. Owner and renter arrangements

Owners and renters are responsible for discussing and agreeing on the rental relationship for listed equipment, including availability, price, pickup or delivery, operator requirements, condition, care, and return. Those parties are responsible for making sure their arrangement is suitable for the equipment and the work.

3. Listings and use

Listing information is supplied by the relevant owner and should be reviewed before a rental relationship is arranged. Users should keep account and listing information accurate, use the marketplace lawfully, and communicate material equipment details clearly.

4. No finalized protection program

No rental is represented as protected by a finalized Iron Yard Equipment protection or insurance program. Owners and renters should address responsibility, risk, and any insurance needs directly before arranging a rental.

5. Draft status and contact

This page is a working draft. It does not identify a finalized legal entity, mailing address, effective date, governing-law terms, or dispute process. Those details require confirmation and qualified Oregon and Washington attorney review before adoption.
